Founder’s Message

Fadhili Baloci

My name is Fadhili Baloci, founder of BaloWaci.

I was born in Fizi, Democratic Republic of Congo, and raised in Mozambique after my family fled war in search of peace. In the year 2000, we found refuge there and built a life for 11 years before I moved to the United States in 2011 at the age of 11. Today, I reside in Iowa City, Iowa—but my journey across continents, cultures, and challenges is what shaped the vision behind BaloWaci.

BaloWaci was not created overnight. It was born from reflection, curiosity, and a deep desire to understand time, perception, and human potential in a new way. Growing up between different worlds taught me that perspective is everything—and that what we accept as fixed can always be reimagined. BaloWaci represents that belief: a system that challenges how we interpret time and invites us to think beyond limits.

I want to show both young and old minds that there are no boundaries to what the human mind can achieve. When you choose a domain in your life and commit to it with 100% focus, discipline, and faith, results will come—sooner or later. The journey may be silent, but the impact will speak.

True work doesn’t always need to be loud to be powerful. Work hard whether you are noticed or not. Move with integrity. Build with humility. And trust that what you create in silence will one day echo in the world.
